The eligibility criteria and pertinent details were also discussed.

Open to amateur and professional photographers in Iraq.
Each participant can submit up to three high-resolution
Photos must showcase aspects of cultural heritage, such as historical sites, traditional crafts, festivals, or intangible cultural practices.
Submissions should be original work, and participants must own the copyright.

1st Place: 150.000 Iraqi Dinar

Al-Rewaq Foundation for Culture and Development, in collaboration with the World Food Programme (WFP), recently organized a three-day workshop aimed at empowering freshly graduated females in developing their online freelancing skills. The workshop, held at the Al-Anbar Vocational Centre from June 20th to June 23rd, 2023, provided the participants with essential knowledge and expertise to excel in online work and generate an extra income to support their families.
Led by Dr. Alaa Al-Halbosy, the Al-Anbar Team Leader, the workshop was designed to equip the trainees with the necessary skills and tools to thrive in the digital marketplace. Throughout the workshop, the participants received comprehensive training on various aspects of online freelancing, including understanding freelancing platforms, effective client communication, project management, and financial aspects of freelancing.
The workshop at Al-Anbar Vocational Centre witnessed active participation from enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates. The participants expressed their gratitude to Al-Rewaq Foundation and the World Food Programme for providing them with this invaluable opportunity to enhance their skills and gain insights into the world of online freelancing.
By focusing on developing online freelancing skills, Al-Rewaq Foundation aims to empower these young women to navigate the evolving job market and contribute to the economic growth of their families and communities.
